An element of the Equity Associates Network is the Collaborative Care Protocol Equity Associates will use to coordinate and monitor treatment of clients within the community agency. This process is the intersystem communication framework used to be sure the client, their family, case managers and anyone else working with the client have a protocol for engaging in the development and monitoring of treatment goals.
